We wanted to tell you how very pleased and surprised we were at the level of professionalism and care you put into the selling of our house and the purchasing of our new home. You went above and beyond anything we could have expected. When we first met you listened very carefully to what we wanted in a new home and never wasted our time in taking us to houses that didn’t fit our wishes. Because of this we are now in our beautiful home on approximately 2 acres of a well treed lot with waterfront. It is everything we asked for. When it came to selling our previous home you realistically discussed all aspects of selling and led us through all the steps necessary. It was flawless. From choosing a realistic but fair selling price in this time of covid 19, staging our house during the month we were away including painting and repairing the multitude of little things that needed it, boxing all our ornaments and books that were cluttering up the space, coming ahead of time to help me prepare for viewings.
We were never pressured to accept a price we thought too low and we eventually sold for what we had hoped for. Our house looked wonderful when we returned and sold surprisingly quickly
considering it was April ( in the midst of the pandemic) before any viewings could be held. It didn’t matter what questions we had for you, you very quickly found an answer for us ie: tradesmen in the area of our new home, people to paint and replace flooring, and others too numerous to count.

This letter is addressed to any and all folks who may be entertaining the thought of having Lori Melo represent them with the sale of their home or finding a new home.  We could not have been more satisfied with Lori and are quite happy to share this letter as a demonstration of our gratitude.

My husband and I met Lori when we moved into the same condo that she lives in.  We got to know Lori Melo well and kept hearing of the great work she was doing in our neighbourhood.

My mother in law lived at Queens Quay at the time.  She is elderly so we decided to sell her place so we could move her to Richmond Hill.  We called Lori for her assistance to sell the Queens Quay property.
